La Tavola Italian Cafe In Baltimore

I visited the area of Baltimore when I was on a travel to Maryland. The city is very charming, lively and the people were very convivial and warm. I also get to dine in Baltimore's foremost cafe, where my fave international dishes are served in different and inviting means.

Among the cafe I have visited in Baltimore, my favorite was the La Tavola Italian restaurant that is situated in Little Italy area of the area. You see, I was just missing my travel to Italy wherein I got to dine in the country's top cafe. Going back to La Tavola, the cafe features exquisite contemporary Italian specialties in an understated, yet elegant dining environment. The acclaimed chef Carlo Vignotto makes use of his innovative style and classical training to create enticing chicken pasta, veal, seafood, and soup dishes. Also, the cafe's dessert is so heavenly enticing, I instantly crave for more whenever I remember those delectable sweet dishes. Also, Chef Carlo only applies his foremost spices and ingredients in his specialty culinaries, such as the Oven Baked Butterflied Branzino and Tender Veal topped with Kalamata Olives. All in all, La Tavola definitely reminds me of my dining travel in Italy, for the cafe's whole line of cuisines, and also the environment, are very Italian, indeed.
