Italian Hints for Elegance

Why are great number of women attractive in Italy? Is this a common reality or I just happen to go to places where sexy, gorgeous women go?

For the past few days, wherever I go, I notice women who are absolutely attractive and fit. I see them in parks, house of worships, museums, cabins, restaurants, and even in grocery stores. Up to this very point, I can't help but be amazed how do they do it. Is there any beautifying element in the course Italian people eat?

Then, pondering it some more, maybe it's just their good collection of clothes, which makes them look really attractive. I even recall reading an article in a book that says apparels either make or break one's image. That seems real about Italians I've viewed these past few days.

I discovered that Italian women I saw are fond of big jackets, furs, and clothes in layers. Also, most of them appreciate the black design on their clothing and style. All of these complement the personality and image of a person. Black, indeed, disguises unwanted flabs and makes people look chic and hip. Large suits do the same.

Probably, I will wear them when I fly back home.

Extravagant Heavenly Creatures in Italy

Is it just me or does Italy enjoy this admiration for angels?

You see, angels are something I usually discover in most hotels in Italy. There are also nice figures and photographs present in hotels and other establishments. Angels are more like Italian official models. Does Italy's worship practice has anything to do with it?

I say this not because I'm complaining, but because I appreciate it. My beliefs are more of a fusion between Christianity and the modern age, which is why I enjoy these supernatural collections displayed all over the city.

Angels come in large collections from cute, miniature cherubs to the monumental, strong archangels. From blankets to ceilings, you will always discover angels in every hotel. I even found myself excited to find these angel design on my dining plate during supper in a capital hotel.

In my hotel, I have a display of Archangel Michael at my room portal. My chum has Archangel Gabriel by her bedroom glass. She confided in me that it's kinda eerie. In my case, however, the display of angels has a good impact on me because it makes me feel secure to always have heavenly creatures around.

Hanging Out in Wonderland

I admire the Italian hotel I'm dwelling in right now. I worship all these people who make my stay as delightful as possible. It just disappoints me that most hotels don't see the convenience factor for their customers. But, not this exceptional place I'm staying in right now.

I've been staying here for a few days now and never did they distract me during my rest. I really cherish this gesture, because sleep is what I try to rehabilitate during my vacation. I simply despise it when hotels make irksome wakeup calls.

This place continues to give me everything I like. From succulent strawberries to silk pillow sheets, they arrange these in a short while. One of the things I like most about them is they make it a duty to make everything tranquil and accessible for me. In every feast I was given, they ask me how I find their food or if I could recommend anything that would make it even better. On my first day, they even asked me if I wish to have any more towels, blankets, or toiletries, and they'll give these things for free.

Attraction and Fascination and Italy

Attraction dominates Italy. It is noticed through the buildings, the trees, and the people touring the place. For some reason, it is more evident in this country. After all, we cannot deny the fact that love is more visible in the common things; in this case, the same message rings true. When I see pairs holding hands, children leading the seniors cross the road, or just a simple butterfly perching on a flower, I see radiating love.

There must be some magnetic force dominating this country. I can really see it as the gentle winds pass through my face during a lazy afternoon coffee break. I can sense the overwhelming tenderness of the people when they glance at me; this is simply different from living in a fast-paced city where people can stare at you with distaste if they feel like you are too slow and wasting their time on certain trivialities that life has to offer.

Being the urban person that I am, I am never the softy class, at least that's also what some of my closest friends could say about me. I am the average, cold, and unmindful woman in my hometown and city. I don't make a fuss if people glare at me. I don't observe anything from anyone as I transport to work every single day.

Maybe this magnetic force has some impact over me that it made me actually feel. It made me enthusiastic about things I commonly take for granted. Is this a nice thing or a harmful one?

I marvel if I'll still be like this when I turn around and be back home.

The Common Boys in Italy

I was sitting in the park this morning, studying a book, when a cute guy approached me and asked for my name. I instantly discovered his very charming face and I could not believe what was happening.

"Nanette," was just about everything I could push myself to say at that unexpected moment.

"Nanette is a wonderful name, and let me just introduce myself; I'm Franco, by the way," he offered his hand.

Just when I spread out my hand to his, he touched my hand and kissed its back. Confusion and flattery were two main feelings spinning my insides at that precise moment; well, in spite of the possibility that he was just toying with me and perhaps showing his chivalrous side, I could not help but feel special.

Amidst my overwhelmed condition, I was still able to think of what my friend told me about dudes in Italy. She told me that most Italian men are gentle, passionate, sweet, and naughty by nature. That hard detail made her hang out in Italy for the rest of her life.

I don't condemn her motive. For some reason, more than half of the dudes in Italy are gorgeous and well-built, although some people say that their being mama's boys is such a turn-off factor sometimes. Okay, so let's discount that fact for the meantime and cut them some slack since they may be that young and naive, but even so, there are still lots of good finds in Italy when it comes to both looks and manners; even the middle-aged men I notice in Italy are highly charming. I believe that if I stay in Italy for the rest of my life, this would be one of the top motives for my recommendations to friends and family to come visit this place.
